I hereby grant Just Us Girls Global Network and its affiliates, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display my likeness, image, voice, and any audio or visual recordings (collectively, "Recordings") taken during the JUGC- Elevate for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to:

- Advertising, marketing, and promotional materials;
- Social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube;
- Print and online publications, including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, and websites;
- Corporate communications, including but not limited to internal and external newsletters, reports, and presentations.

I understand that the Recordings may be used in various formats and media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, audio recordings, and digital files. I consent to the use of my Recordings without further compensation or notification.

By attending the Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Photo and Video Release Clause. I am at least 18 years old and have the authority to grant the rights set forth in this Clause. If I am under 18 years old, my parent or guardian has given their consent for me to participate in the Event and grant the rights set forth in this Clause.
